Popular throughout Brazil, the authentic “churrasco” is indigenous to the state of Rio Grande do Sul (in the southern part of the country). The hand-cut skewers of ribs, steaks, and kabobs of every part of the chicken, are presented one after the other, or self serviced by the grill. It is a great and fun option for outside parties.

CACHAçA
In Brazil, cachaça is known as “pinga” or aguardente de cana”. It is a distilled white alcohol made from sugar cane. The spirit can be served either with fruit juices such as kiwi and strawberry or by itself.




CAIPIRINHA
It is Brazil's national drink. The ingredients of this tropical and refreshing drink are lime, crunched ice, cachaça, and sugar.
